About the role:    
ARRISE is on the lookout for a Head of Employer Branding and Engagement. This pivotal position will steer a dedicated team across Canada, Romania, and Bulgaria. Your core mission is to elevate ARRISE's status as an exceptional workplace and an employer of choice. This entails crafting long-term brand strategies, orchestrating immediate hiring campaigns in collaboration with the recruitment team, and leading a wide range of initiatives to boost employee engagement. A key focus will be leveraging digital technology, employing both paid and organic campaigns to promote ARRISE as a premier employer. Additionally, this role requires adept navigation within a complex organizational structure, addressing diverse hiring and engagement needs across various regions and cultures.    
    
What will you be doing:    
  • Lead a Global Team: Guide a team from diverse locations towards achieving excellence in employer branding and employee engagement. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring team objectives are perfectly aligned with our company's broader goals.
 
  • Employer Branding:
  • Brand Building: Design and execute strategies that position ARRISE as a top employer. This involves driving our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract a diverse workforce.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team on dynamic campaigns to boost hiring efforts, making ARRISE an attractive option for top-tier talent.
 
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement various initiatives aimed at creating a positive and engaging work environment. This includes daily activities that foster engagement and strategic plans aligned with our long-term objectives.
 
  • Project Leadership: Oversee new projects in the talent space, bringing innovative ideas to fruition and ensuring they meet ARRISE's needs and those of our employees.
 
  • Data and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to track the effectiveness of branding and engagement initiatives, reporting on their success and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet organizational goals.
