This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play. 

 

The administrator is responsible for the physical management of the stock of goods. 

 

What you would be doing: 

• Ensures the physical management of the stock of goods;
• Operates stock movements in the dedicated software and files;
• Keeps documents related to stocks;
• Makes a monthly inventory of the stocks;
• Records, processes, and stores information regarding the situation of stocks;
• Efficient use of storage space for goods, constantly organizes stock and workspaces and performs dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off operations;
• Collaborates with the tailors and ensures proper sizing when handing over any uniforms;
• Manages the spare uniforms stock, ensures sufficient items for every timeframe;

 

 

What makes you a strong candidate: 

• Relevant experience in the field in the fashion industry is a plus;
• Good computer literacy;
• Good verbal and written command of both English and Bulgarian;
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude accompanied by an outgoing personality;
• Ability to work individually and in a team;
• Attention to the detail.
