This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Writing: Craft high-quality written content that reflects our brand's tone and style. Your words will be instrumental in driving customer engagement and loyalty;
- Process Management: Organise and manage the content creation process efficiently, from press releases and editorials to interview opportunities. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, timelines, and ensuring a smooth workflow from ideation to publication;
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and creative campaigns to ensure our messaging is consistent and engaging;
- Multi-Platform Content Management: Create content for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media channels, e-newsletters, and more. Adapting your writing style and switching gears to suit different mediums and audiences;
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with multiple stakeholders within the business, such as designers, local marketing managers, and compliance teams, to gather insights and information necessary for accurate content creation;
- Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging;
- Reporting Content Performance: Tracking and analysing content performance and delivering content and social media reports.
Requirements:
- Fluent native-level knowledge of English, written and spoken;
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail;
- Experience building content and managing content and social media calendars;
- A proven track record of crafting high-quality, engaging, and error-free written content;
- Experience with preparing and editing press releases and working with PR agencies;
- Demonstrated ability to tailor content for various social media platforms, understanding the unique tone, style, and user expectations of each;
- Proficient in managing and publishing content through social media business accounts, as well as using a range of content management systems such as WordPress;
- An interest in and understanding of the online gambling industry, products, trends, and audiences. Previous experience a plus.
