This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Owner, you will form part of the User Experience team. You will support & lead the strategic management of our Jackpot Product with other stakeholders focusing on maximizing customer value.
- Evaluate any strengths, weaknesses & source opportunities for local jackpots & large network jackpots;
- Liaise with various internal & external stakeholders in order to manage the pragmatic offering;
- Incorporate user feedback into the product development process to enhance user experience and engagement;
- Design and model Jackpot Systems including the jackpot output, expected wins, contributions etc.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and growth of the Jackpot product;
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that all features and updates align with the strategic vision;
- Define & breakdown product/business specifications into technical requirements;
- Maintain clear documentation with frequent updates;
- Identify any gaps within the jackpot user journey and suggest improvements to the product;
- Align with other product teams to ensure a smooth user journey from one product to another;
- Support, guide & assist the development team in planning, resource allocation and risk mitigation;
- Break down user stories for the development team for use during ceremonies: grooming, planning and design sessions;
- Provide guidance and support to the team from development to delivery, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment;
Requirements:
- This role requires a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a numeric related field (Mathematics, Computer Science etc);
- 5 years’ experience as a Senior Product Owner/Manager or other related role;
- This role requires previous experience working with Jackpots as a Product or related games with similar game logic;
- Understand the gaming industry & audience personas is a plus;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Technical background with an understanding of software development processes;
- Candidate will be located in Malta or open to relocation.
