This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Keeps evidence and inventory of all gaming equipment, like cards, dices, wheels of roulette, roulette balls, cutting cards e.g., auxiliary equipment like card shoes, transportation boxes, mobile tables for cards.
- Ensures that the tables have the adequate equipment in appropriate conditions to the requirements, by direct observation or by communication with Shift Managers, Shufflers, Floor Supervisors, Trainers and QA department.
- Coordinates, plan and record the wracking of obsolete equipment.
- Keeps tracking of testing equipment, photo sessions equipment or other game equipment used for different activities other than the Live game tables.
- Place orders for necessary items for new studios such as table felts, roulette balls, dices, rims, shuffle tables or any other equipment needed for carrying out activities in the studio.
- Checking the orders and the condition of the playing cards ( looking for faulty cards, incomplete decks, visual flaws and others )
- Other administrative tasks and related duties requested by the direct Supervisor or Management;
- Acknowledge the standards of the company;
- Up to date with all procedures, rules;
- Use in s proper way the company’s technology;
- Announce the management regarding any deviation from the company’s standards;
Requirements:
- Experience in working in the field of minimum 6 months;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English language;
- PC literate;
- Exceptional presentation and organisational skills;
- Communication and self-control skills;
- Attention to details;
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
