Role Description:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechatronics Design
Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, 
development and production preparation of electronic and mechanical components. This 
role involves technical drawing, electronic board assembly, prototyping, and crossfunctional collaboration within the company. The Mechatronics Design Engineer will play a 
key role in ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with company standards and project 
timelines.


Key Responsibilities


General Duties:
• Provide a clear and structured overview of technical services.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Adhere to and maintain company standards in all tasks.
• Actively contributes to the continuous improvement and innovation efforts of the 
company.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Mechanical & Prototyping Support:
• Develop technical drawings for mechanical and decorative components.
• Prepare files for CNC machining, 3D printing, and laser cutting.
• Assemble mechanical components including sensors, motors, connectors, and 
pneumatic systems.
Electronics
• Strong knowledge of analogic and digital electronics.
Studio Installation & Maintenance:
• Prepare wiring and components for studio installations.
• Respond to electronic system issues outside of regular hours, in line with company SLAs.
• Communicate with external support and manage maintenance-related correspondence 
and follow-ups.
Other Duties:
• Execute additional tasks assigned, aligned with the role and expertise of the employee.


Required Qualifications:


• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Proven experience in electronic design, drafting, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Fusion, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical 
design.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and CNC/3D print file preparation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to respond to urgent technical issues outside of standard working hours

 

Preferred Qualifications:


• Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
• Knowledge of robotics and actuator control systems
• Experience in designing for manufacturability and cost-effective production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, 
software).
• Working knowledge of communication protocols like CAN, RS232, RS485, UART, 
I2C, SPI.
• Experience with rapid prototyping technologies such as 3D printing and CNC 
machining.
