This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.  
  
Responsibilities:  
  
  • Develop a forward-looking and holistic recruitment marketing strategy that aligns with our organisational goals. Transforming market insights into actionable strategies and keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies to maintain a market leading approach.
  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. Harnessing the power of PPC to drive targeted traffic, leveraging analytics to continually refine and enhance campaign performance.
  • Working closely with the HR leadership team to develop and implement and employer branding strategy that aligns with the employer value proposition and business objectives. Conducting market research to understand current trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Utilise Google Ads, Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn to promote our employer brand and job opportunities. Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, engaging and effectively targeted to reach potential candidates.
  • Develop a content calendar that aligns with recruitment cycles and company milestones. Producing high-quality content including articles, videos and social media posts that showcase our company culture, employee experiences and career opportunities.
  • Manage the LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram profiles of ARRISE with a focus on employer branding. Engaging with audiences on these platforms, fostering a positive community and enhancing the company’s social presence. Ensuring a balance between global and local messaging delivering the key EVP messaging and supporting recruitment objectives.
  • Understand the agency landscape and recommend strategic partners to enhance the effectiveness of social marketing efforts. Working together with external agencies to leverage their expertise and resources as necessary.
  • Develop, manage and optimise budgets for recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring effective resource allocation and a positive ROI. Providing accurate, timely budget forecasts to support strategic planning in addition to tracking and analysing performance and delivering reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborate with HR to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment between employer branding and recruitment efforts. Working across the organisation to gather employee stories and testimonials that highlight the company’s culture and values. Additionally, you will manage relationships with third party suppliers.

  

Requirements:  

  • Relevant degree level qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field;
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing with a focus on paid media, PPC, meta and recruitment campaigns;
  • Significant experience of forecasting, formulating, managing and achieving campaign budgets;
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in utilising social media analytics and marketing tools;
  • Expert knowledge of campaign management, including budget planning, optimisation and KPI reporting;
  • Experience of working with and developing effective relationships with agencies;
  • Demonstrated ability in managing paid media, including ATL and BTL channels;
  • Creative thinker and clear communicator, who can think outside of the box and provide relevant briefs to creative teams;
  • Fluent, native-level knowledge of English, both spoken and written, with additional languages a nice to have;
  • An interest in and understanding of the online gambling industry, products, trends, and audiences. Previous experience a plus.
