This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.           
           
Summary:     
Based in our Gibraltar offices, this role will be responsible for building and managing a team of Due Diligence Officers along with overseeing the group’s Due Diligence program from end to end.        
This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone with a strong corporate Compliance background who's not afraid of new beginnings and wants to actively participate in the continuous growth of our company.        
        
        
Responsibilities:           
  • Manage the group’s Due Diligence program from end to end including new client onboarding, external requests for information, and ongoing monitoring activities, ensuring full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and manage a team of Due Diligence Officers.
  • Support Senior Management in the ongoing development of robust AML/CTF practices/procedures.
  • Owning, maintaining, and continuously improving internal guidelines.
  • Creating and delivering training to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting the procurement process to identify and integrate high quality 3rd party tool and resources to enhance our Due Diligence capabilities.
           
Preferred skills and experience:           
  • 3-5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong corporate compliance background.
  • AML/ CTF qualifications.
  • Exceptional attention to details and proactivity.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commercially aware and good understanding of the iGaming industry.
