BI Analyst – User Experience

This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
As a BI Analyst, you will form part of the BI team. You will support various user journeys for Promotions & Tooling, Jackpots and Lobby as part of the User Experience Team. This will apply for both Slots and Live Casino. You will work closely with designers, product owners and other stakeholders focusing on maximizing our customer value.
- The role will require data analysis & interpretation, data visualization using BI tools, business performance monitoring and ensuring data quality;
- Close collaboration with various cross functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs;
- Analyse and derive meaningful insights to identify patterns and trends and potential growth opportunities;
- Create dashboards, reports and data visualizations using internal tools;
- Support the User Experience team by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the various journeys;
- Provide suggestions for areas of improvements and an actionable plan together with stakeholders;
- As part of data quality and assurance, the candidate will maintain data integrity, assist in data validation and to ensure there are no data discrepancies;
- Propose any processes that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a numerical field. Sufficient professional experience is also considered;
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working as a BI Analyst or a similar role, preferably in iGaming industry or online entertainment industry;
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries;
- Experience working with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau;
- Python knowledge and experience working with Google Analytics is desirable;
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
