The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Analyze KPIs, financial metrics and trends (e.g., aging buckets, collection effectiveness, bad debt, disputes) to provide clear insights, variance analysis, and commentary to management
- Deliver accurate, timely, and visually intuitive reporting that supports performance monitoring and business decisions.
- Ensure data integrity across source systems and reporting tools; validate inputs and reconcile discrepancies between datasets.
- Assist management with routine daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly AR close and reporting as required.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and emerging risks through investigation into large datasets and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Support the collections team in preparing complex customer account reconciliations.
- Work closely with other Financial Analysts in the team to best utilize different skill sets to arrive at optimal solutions for the company, and coordinate with Manager to confirm direction.
- Provide actionable insights to management and process owners to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience.
- Support initiatives to streamline processes and enhance automation.
- Contribute to system and reporting transformation initiatives, including data migration, automation, and implementation of new analytics tools or ERP functionality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business units to support system enhancements and data accuracy.
- Partner with IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and integration across systems.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment on exposure, risk, recovery, and related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing automation, standardization, and efficiency across order to cash processes.
- Organize and prioritize daily/weekly work activities and manage ad hoc or project-related analytical requests as required.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics within a Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash processes (Billing, Credit, Collections, Cash Applications) preferred.
- Experience with SQL for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macros, and dynamic dashboards).
- Understanding of data governance, data quality controls, and fundamentals of data modeling and warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis and implementing process improvements.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and curiosity to explore new tools and methods.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently while engaging cross-functional partners
