Senior Member of Technical Staff
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions tailored for hybrid cloud environments.
- Architect clean, modular software components with well-defined APIs, engineered for microservices deployment and seamless interoperability across the stack.
- Build and optimize distributed systems that operate at scale, both in on-premises data centers and across public cloud platforms.
- Apply deep expertise in distributed systems design, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Continuously track and evaluate developments in open-source IAM technologies and integrate relevant advancements into product architecture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to align technical requirements and drive cohesive end-to-end designs.
- Drive technical decision-making and influence architecture direction in a high-performance, agile environment.
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying microservices in highly virtualized, cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency in system-level programming using Go, or Python.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience implementing them.
- Direct experience or strong familiarity with IAM standards and technologies including AD, LDAP, SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, and Identity Providers (IdP) is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to identifying architectural gaps and delivering phased, strategic improvements.
- Well-versed in RESTful API design and integration patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering technical growth and code quality across the team.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environment with a strong bias for action.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on industry experience, with a track record of high-impact products.
