Your Opportunity For Impact
NetDocuments is seeking an Engineering Manager to be responsible for delivering projects and activities within the engineering team. This person will report to the Director of Engineering and will help mature new concepts and ensure that they are executed in a manner where they will be successful in a rapidly evolving technology space. Other responsibilities include:
What your Contributions Will Be
- Lead a team of highly experienced Software Engineers & Software Test Engineers.
- Deliver on quarterly OKR commitments that deliver value both internally and for our customers
- Own Quality for the work your team delivers
- Data leads the way! Leverage data in Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Flow and other tools to set your team up for success
- Partner with Product and Design counterparts
- Coach your team and partners, delivering clear, timely, and actionable feedback
- Work side-by-side with key Principal Engineers to produce strategic and scalable solutions
- Celebrate wins with your team and partners
- Grow your direct reports into deeper technical resources
- Stay current on AI industry trends and tools
- Dynamically adjust schedule and assignments based on priority and other considerations
- Participate in daily/weekly SCRUM ceremonies
- Coordinate with your Product Owner to appropriately plan work for the upcoming sprints
- Other duties as assigned
What you Bring to the Team
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team leadership
- Experience partnering with Product and Design teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent deliverables in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent on-the-job experience
- 3+ years of experience with AWS in a production environment
- Deep understanding of Quality Assurance processes and Practices
- Sound architectural background
- Proven experience designing and developing large scale, high volume, distributed systems

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $159,000 - $191900
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
