Your opportunity for impact:

NetDocuments is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SaaS Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a SaaS Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient billing for our SaaS products, leveraging your technical proficiency in both NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the finance team, sales team, and customer success team, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, and contribute to revenue optimization strategies. 

 

What your contributions will be:

  • Generate and send accurate, timely customer invoices based on contractual agreements and billing schedules using NetSuite. 
  • Perform billing adjustments, such as prorations, cancellations, and upgrades/downgrades, as necessary using NetSuite and Salesforce ensuring that all comply with company policies. 
  • Using Salesforce cases, act as a point of contact managing customer billing inquiries working closely with internal teams (renewals, sales, collections, customer success) to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 
  • Assist in month end close processes, special projects as needed including commissions, credit memo and revenue reconciliation. 
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related experience. 
  • 3+ years proven experience working as a Billing Analyst, accounting, or finance, preferably in a SaaS or technology focused company. 
  • Proficiency in billing software and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora). 
  • Strong excel, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Familiarity with subscription billing models and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $50,000 - $60,000

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
