Your opportunity for impact:
The Financial Analyst will be essential to Net Documents’ FP&A team, working with Cloud Operations and R&D on financial planning, business case modeling, and KPI monitoring. They will handle short and long-term expense forecasts to guide decisions, ensuring high standards and transparency in our processes and reporting. The candidate should be a proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving, analytical skills, a collaborative approach, and effective communication with executives.
What your contributions will be:
- Participate in monthly close, forecast, annual planning process, and the related financial reviews with stakeholders. Analyze and present monthly financial results to the broader Finance organization
- Partner with the R&D organization to offer analytical support and financial advice for business decisions. This includes creating new analyses and enhancing reports and metrics to aid decision-making. Partner with Recruiting team to manage and improve headcount reporting and forecasting
- Utilize Cloud FinOps tools to define, aggregate, and deliver insightful dashboards for supporting our Cloud Operations department
- Collaborate with the accounting team to consolidate financial results and metrics, analyze data, and explain key variances during close processes
- Gather and organize data from multiple sources to provide inputs into various financial and product business cases
- Provide ad hoc support, as necessary

What you will need for success:
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics
- 2+ years of prior Financial Analyst experience
- Prior SaaS experience, in a global, public or private equity environment, preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, general financial reporting, and an understanding of GAAP accounting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Technology – Experience working with Netsuite, Adaptive Planning and Salesforce preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
