About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Sales Manager to Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to produce a pipeline of qualified net new opportunities in the Corporate, Government, and Strategic segments of our business. The Enterprise Business Development Sales Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of North America Business Development. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a team of 5+ BDRs operationally on a day-to-day basis, setting targets, monitoring metrics, motivating individuals and teams, and delivering against both pipeline and closed business targets.
What your contributions will be:
- Manage team of Senior Enterprise BDR's
- Recruit highly skilled individuals that can develop into future account executives
- On-board team members and keep them up to date on business expectations
- Monitor daily activities and ensure progress against targets
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for individuals and teams
- Audit team's calls and pipeline generation, evaluate skills, and coach on skill development
- Forecast against monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage individual performance and identify improvements were necessary
- Maintain motivation of individuals and teams to minimize attrition
- Implement processes to provide visibility of activity, progress, and effectiveness to senior management
- Other duties as assigned

- SaaS sales proficiency, sales cycle understanding

What you will need for success:
- Demonstrable 2+ years successful sales team leadership experience
- Experience in setting targets and aligning operating rhythms for rep execution
- Regular quota achievement/over-achievement
Ideally you will have:
- Previous leadership experience
- Previous software sales experience, BDR experience is a must
- Sales / knowledge of legal market - understanding of sales cycles and buyer journey
- Experience in developing and managing segmented BDR territories
- Proficiency in SaaS sales technology: SFDC, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, etc.
- Skillset in cross-functional business alignment
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data-analysis
