Your opportunity for impact:
NetDocuments is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who will be responsible for leveraging data analytics tools to provide the business with actionable insights supporting organizational objectives. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data, designing and generating reports, and translating business requirements to data schema design. The Business Intelligence Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize daily operations and long-term strategy. This position requires a strong understanding of data modeling, reporting tools, and a keen ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
What your contributions will be:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Build high-value data products for cross-functional stakeholders, empowering data-driven decision-making aligned to organizational objectives.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and goals, collaboratively designing data products that support their daily workflow and long-term strategy.
- Partner with database engineers to translate business requirements into epics and user stories, functioning as an internal product manager.
- Learn and possess a deep understanding of the company’s business models, data sources, and system infrastructures to consolidate independent initiatives into “the bigger picture”.
- Serve as an expert for data visualization tools and mentor cross-functional analysts as they upskill their own BI skills.
- Identify missing/inaccurate data across different data sources and partner with data owners to resolve.
- Champion results-focused analytics strategy that fosters data culture through trusted data products and simplified user experience.

What you will need for success:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science or a related field is preferred
- 4-6 years experience in business intelligence or analytics-related function, preferably in a SaaS company
- Proven experience with the latest BI technologies, particularly Snowflake and Power BI (or transferable skills from similar tools, e.g. Tableau)
- Skilled in conceptualizing, building, and managing data products that drive actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of data structures and large data quantity transformation
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical engineering specifications
- Equipped to handle responsibility, collaborate, and excel in a fast-paced, small team environment
- Strong sense of personal ownership to proactively identify areas of opportunity, organize detailed gameplans, and execute to completion
- Highly comfortable building relationships at all levels along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Project management skills and ability to multitask, with a track record of meeting complex stakeholder needs under tight timelines and resource constraints
Specific experience supporting order-to-cash functions (revenue operations, billing, invoicing, order management, accounts receivable, renewals, etc.) strongly preferred

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $100,000 - $125,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
