About the opportunity: 
NetDocuments is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing corporate events, such as client webinars, trade shows, and road shows to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with passionate colleagues to design and deliver impactful experiences that resonate with stakeholders and advance NetDocuments’ mission to help legal professionals do their best work. As a key player in NetDocuments’ marketing team, you will bring events to life by overseeing all aspects of planning, from concept to execution. What your contributions will be: 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including high-profile meetings, dinners, and networking events. 

  • Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts, themes, and execute on tight timelines 

  • Research and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with agreements. 

  • Coordinate logistics, including audiovisual needs, transportation, food/beverage, and accommodations.

  • Work with team members to plan and execute events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly

  • Assist in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. 

  
What you will need for success: 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent). 

  
Ideally you will have: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality or a relates field (preferred)

  • 3-5 years of experience in the event planning or coordination (preferably in the B2B technology sector)

Compensation Transparency 
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages ae determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience. Geographic location, qualifications and other job-related considerations.
