Your opportunity for impact:

NetDocuments is seeking a Product Trainer who will deliver product training to NetDocuments Global Channel Partners. A Product Trainer must be a driven, tech-savvy customer-oriented professional with deep technical knowledge capable of providing partners with training to a varying level of abilities and experience, sometimes within the same session. This employee should have experience with structured, formal Instructor led learning with hands-on labs, as well as online synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, to help our partners achieve the competencies required to be successful with NetDocuments Products. This individual will be responsible for performing and coordinating all required Partner training-related activities.  The Product Trainer will report to the Senior Director of Partner Success.  The ideal candidate will have experience in collaborating with product and support teams to ensure continuous quality of knowledge and that a high caliber of training delivery is being performed.

 

What your contributions will be: 

  • Perform global training classes, either virtual or onsite as required, working across multiple time zones.
  • Work with the Partner Enablement team to help develop, prepare, and maintain training course materials and related certification tests.
  • Maintain a strong, working product knowledge and quickly master new functionality in line with planned code releases.
  • Energetically leads technical training to support partners’ continuing education about NetDocuments products.
  • Evaluates assignments submitted for certification credit.
  • Detect common skills shortages and create training plans to address them.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of instructional material used to transform technical information into professionally written and engaging instruction.
  • Support partners through follow-up and additional 1on1 support when needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of the course materials to effectively deliver training in a professional, articulate, and efficient manner.
  • Act as Partner Enablement SME on products.
  • Ensure all live training is delivered in a professional manner and exemplifies company core values.

What you will need for success: 

  • Proven experience as technical trainer.
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
  • Experience working directly with Enterprise-level Cloud applications and demonstrating an understanding of challenges faced in the business and technical environment.
  • An ability to articulate use cases and applications of technology in a variety of industries, particularly with business professional industries, such as legal, financial services, corporate, government, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment, be a self-motivator with a passion for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo in a positive and collaborative manner

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Legal industry experience
  • Analytical abilities required to work with a low-code / no-code toolkit.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
