NetDocuments, the leader in cloud-based document and email management, is looking for a talented individual to join the US Sales Team as a Solutions Expert.
 
As a growing web-based business for over two decades, NetDocuments has earned a solid position in the cloud computing market by servicing some of the most prestigious global law firms, financial institutions, and corporations all over the world.  
 
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the NetDocuments platform
  • Deliver engaging and tailored product demonstrations that highlight the value of the NetDocuments solutions for law firms
  • Provide NetDocuments product training and onboarding for new account executives to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell NetDocuments
  • Provide strategic product positioning to members of the Small-market team
  • Provide ongoing training to members of the Small-market team with demo strategies and product knowledge
  • Work with members of the Small-market team to ensure sales best practices are used throughout the sales cycle
  • Interact with customers and partners to promote the company and solution
  • Participate as a subject matter expert on NetDocuments-sponsored Webinars
  • In-office is required at the onset with the potential for hybrid in the future
 
Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
  • Comfortable and confident in front of an audience
  • Persuasive presentation/demonstration skills with the ability to build a quick audience rapport
  • Comfortable with virtual meeting software like Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate the solution’s value proposition to clients and prospects in writing and in conversation
  • Ability to handle diverse Q&A sessions during presentations
  • Ability to tell a compelling story
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that can be understood by business-minded people
  • Detail-oriented
  • Adaptable to new technology
  • Strong problem solver and proven ability to think creatively and find solutions
  • Self-directed and ability to learn new concepts quickly

Compensation Transparency 
 
The compensation range for this position is: $98,000 base + variable bonus
 
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
