About the Role:
NetDocuments is seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for developing and managing existing customer accounts while building relationships to find solutions to customer needs for our SaaS company.  The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager.  The ideal candidate will have experience with all aspects of the customer relationship process.

  • Experience in selling software solutions. Legal tech and SaaS experience are a plus
  • Self-motivated and passionate about succeeding and career growth
  • Ability to communicate with prospects and business owners in a professional and courteous manner
  • Active listening skill essential to gathering information, evaluating business problems/needs and ability to communicate solutions realized through our software platform
  • Self-starter, passionate about developing new skills and learning industry knowledge to maximize success
  • Critical thinker with the ability to adapt and work in faced paced environment
  • Team player who is willing to collaborate across business segments and share best practices to make everyone better
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Technically minded and demonstrates effective use of MS Office tools. Salesforce experience is a plus

What you will need for success:
  • 2+ years of quota carrying experience selling software solutions
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and outreach to bring in new business, legal tech sales a plus
