Your opportunity for impact:
NetDocuments is seeking a Migration Consultant to join the Partner Technical Services team within our Customer Success department. We are looking for a high-energy, team-oriented individual to assist our implementation partners in deploying NetDocuments to law firms, corporate legal departments, and local government clients. This role will focus on providing expert consultation and training resources to ensure successful implementation and adoption of NetDocuments solutions.
What your contributions will be:
- Collaborate with implementation partners to support the deployment of NetDocuments solutions by maintaining and conveying best practices for document management system (DMS) migration work.
- Review partner implementation requests and provide feedback highlighting potential issues, limitations, and options for implementation.
- Stay up to date on new platform features and process updates, especially as they pertain to migration work.
- Collaborate with the NetDocuments team to optimize processes, documentation, and tools.
- Conduct partner training sessions on DMS migration foundations and technical migration processes as needed.

What you will need for success:
- BA, BBA, or BS in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience within a consulting firm, technology vendor, or internal legal role preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with SQL databases and SQL scripting. Strong database analysis skills required.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- High degree of comfort using Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, M365/Teams).
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Polished and professional attitude and demeanor with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
- Ability to adjust communications based on the target audience.

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $110,000 - $140,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
