Your Opportunity For Impact

NetDocuments is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and financially minded individual for the Corporate Reporting Sr. Manager role with significant exposure to the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NetDocuments.  This is a highly visible, high impact role in a quickly growing and dynamic business, which can lead to further career opportunities at NetDocuments or at other Warburg Pincus or Cove Hill portfolio companies. This role will be a critical leader of NetDocuments’ Finance team, driving the Finance organization day to day and providing insight and analysis to inform decision making and support the growth in our business.

 

As the Sr. Manager of Corporate Reporting, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial reports.  You will also oversee the quarterly FP&A cadence, including leading the monthly close and BvA meetings, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, cash forecasting, and long term modeling of the business.

 

What your Contributions Will Be

  • Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights, or equivalent software
  • History and experience of Process Improvement through automation
  • Lead the financial close processes, ensuring results are analyzed and distributed to leadership in a timely manner
  • Prepare and review management reporting packages, including key performance indicators (KPI’s), financial analysis, and variance explanations
  • Lead the quarterly forecasting cadence, including consolidation of revenue and expense forecasts, balance sheet and cash flow modeling, and preparation of the quarterly board deck
  • Drive improvements in financial reporting systems, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Create scenario-based models that assess the impact of different business strategies or market conditions on financial performance, including running sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities for business planning
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Transparency

 

The compensation range for this position is: $145,000 - $168,300 plus an annual bonus

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
