Your opportunity for impact:

NetDocuments is seeking a Delivery Success Manager. This role will work closely with partners & customers to provide consulting, implementation, and onboarding support. This role will enable the NetDocuments internal and external partner ecosystem and have a clear understanding of the relationship between our customers, implementation partners and the NetDocuments platform. This role will report to the Manager of Delivery Success.

 

What your contributions will be:

  • Make recommendations and develop action plans for improving the customer experience during implementation
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship to build partner confidence in NetDocuments products and services
  • Facilitate communication between NetDocuments and Partners/Customers, specifically when collaborating with product management, support, executive management, and other key customer facing groups
  • Work with internal departments to create content, collateral, and other material to enable customer success
  • Identify and discuss ways to improve the customer experience when using NetDocuments solutions or when interaction with our teams
  • Prioritize and drive resolution internally and with the customer on escalated technical and business concerns
  • Provide consulting and implementation support to new and existing partners that enable them to deliver implementations to customers of the highest quality
  • Maintain knowledge of NetDocuments solutions and the best practices associated with implementing these solutions in a variety of customer configurations
  • Understand the migration solutions that enable to movement of customer data from existing systems to the NetDocuments solutions being implemented
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects or tasks related to the NetDocuments Customer Success program
  • Provide ongoing implementation “shadowing” to channel partners as they follow up on trainings and implement to customers what they have learned
  • Foundational understanding of business IT infrastructure and technical skills to deliver outstanding implementation support, vendor management and customer relationship management to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • An ability to articulate use cases and applications of technology in a variety of industries, particularly with business professional industries, such as legal, financial services, accountancy and health care
  • Proven ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment, be a self-motivator with a passion for innovation and willingness to challenge the status quo in a positive and collaborative manner
  • Enablement for internal and external partner ecosystem
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What you bring to the team:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience of implementing business technology solutions – principally to law firms, accountancy firms, government and/or healthcare organizations
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer account management and/or vendor account management
  • Competency in understanding contractual and design documents relating to business technology systems, such as statements of work and configuration design documentation

 

Ideally you will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience implementing document management solutions in a law firm or other regulated environment
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer account management and vendor account management

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $95,000 - $105,000

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
