We are now looking for a dedicated Mid+ PHP Developer to join our growing team and contribute to our ongoing operations. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong PHP fundamentals, hands-on development experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while supporting critical web-based applications.

What you will be doing:
As a Mid+ PHP Developer, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of robust web-based applications, supporting internal business needs and ensuring high-quality delivery. This role involves hands-on coding, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to best practices in modern PHP development. A strong emphasis on Agile methodologies, clean code, and a DevOps-oriented mindset is valued.
- Application Development: Build and maintain scalable web-based solutions using PHP and related technologies.
- Technical Contribution: Participate actively in design, coding, testing, and deployment while following coding standards and best practices.
- Full Stack Collaboration: Develop and support products using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and Bootstrap.
- System Improvement: Contribute to improving existing architectures and supporting evolving business requirements.
- API & Integrations: Work with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SOAP services to ensure reliable data communication.
- Agile Delivery: Collaborate within Agile SCRUM practices to support consistent project execution and delivery.
- Code Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, enhance existing functionality, and ensure long-term maintainability of the codebase.
- Documentation & Teamwork: Document technical specifications and collaborate effectively with internal and remote teams.

- PHP & MySQL Expertise: 3+ years of experience with PHP (v7 or v8) and MySQL, including familiarity with MVC frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CakePHP.
- Frontend Fundamentals: Proficiency with JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and Bootstrap.
- Integration Experience: Exposure to third-party APIs, payment gateways, and SOAP-based services.
- Version Control: Strong working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Development Skills: Ability to understand specifications, design solutions, write clean code, unit test, debug, and implement features effectively.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to Have Skills
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous improvement through Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as vTiger or similar systems.
- Industry experience in behavioral healthcare or related domains.
- Strong understanding of SOAP integrations and advanced API handling.
