We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Salesforce Engineer with a passion for delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. This role is ideal for a technologist who combines deep platform expertise with a strong product mindset and a drive to modernize development through AI-enabled practices.
As a trusted technical leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for Sales, Staffing, and Engagement Management functions. You will partner closely with product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions while continuously improving the developer experience through modern tooling and AI.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
- Experience with Apex development (classes, triggers, controllers) and Visualforce
- Solid understanding of Salesforce core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, and Communities
- Experience building UI with Lightning Design System
- Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright), including:
- Writing and maintaining end-to-end tests
- Creating stable selectors and page object models
- Troubleshooting flaky tests and improving reliability - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Exposure to Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular) and JavaScript ecosystem
- Active Salesforce certifications
