Position Title: Senior Fullstack Developer
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
Software Engineer that will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our microservices based ecommerce platform using Spring Boot and React. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The engineer will take ownership of features, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong experience with:- Microservices architectures
- CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Java and Spring Boot
- React and modern frontend development
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Relational databases (RDBMS)
- Exposure to Kafka, change data capture and data replication processes and tools
- Strong experience designing and implementing
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with:
- AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, copilots, AI SDKs)
- Knowledge of:
- Performance tuning, profiling, and optimization
- Secure coding practices and modern security standards
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges
- Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, including working closely with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
