Lean Tech is seeking a Mid-level Corporate Content Creator & Training Evangelist to design and deliver high-quality multimedia training materials that communicate company initiatives, operational standards, and internal programs. This role combines content creation, instructional design, and corporate communication to transform complex operational and technical topics into clear, engaging materials such as documents, presentations, videos, and visual assets. The position will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology, Compliance, and Business Application teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop scalable training programs that enhance employee performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Corporate Communication

  • Develop high-quality written content including structured documentation, manuals, process guides, and corporate communications using tools such as Microsoft Word and Visio.
  • Produce professional video content, visual assets, and multimedia training materials that effectively communicate company processes, systems, and initiatives.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, PDF learning materials, and visual storytelling assets for internal education and corporate messaging.
  • Design and produce multimedia learning content including tutorials, explainer videos, diagrams, infographics, and process walkthroughs.
  • Ensure all content follows corporate communication standards, branding, and messaging consistency.

Training Program Design & Instructional Development

  • Design, develop, and implement training curriculums tailored to employee roles and operational requirements.
  • Build structured learning programs including:
    • Best practices
    • Work instructions
    • Process documentation
    • Continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and facilitate training curriculum, demonstrations, documentation, and certification programs for employees across different operational areas.
  • Develop training programs for New Hire Onboarding and Continuous Development, including defined milestones and certification expectations.
  • Create training frameworks that support different learning styles and modern learning methods (visual, video-based, interactive).

Training Delivery & Evangelization

  • Act as a corporate evangelist for training initiatives, promoting adoption of best practices and operational standards across the company.
  • Facilitate training workshops, demos, and learning sessions for internal teams.
  • Drive adoption of training content and learning initiatives through clear communication and engaging delivery methods.

Training Strategy & Performance Monitoring

  • Define and analyze training effectiveness metrics, measuring performance, adoption, and knowledge retention.
  • Monitor training program outcomes to ensure alignment with company standards, compliance policies, and operational procedures.
  • Continuously improve training content based on data insights, feedback, and operational changes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Business Application Owners, Operations Leadership, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders across regions to ensure training programs reflect operational differences by region, station, carrier, mode of transport, or client requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality, process improvements, and workflow alignment within training materials.

Process & Content Governance

  • Maintain structured documentation repositories and ensure training materials remain current and aligned with evolving company processes.
  • Support workflow optimization and documentation standardization across departments.
  • Contribute to training roadmaps and long-term learning strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development roles.
  • Proven experience producing multimedia training materials including documentation, presentations, video, and visual content.
  • Experience designing corporate training programs and internal knowledge frameworks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global organizations.

Content & Media Creation Skills

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming tools.
  • Experience creating professional training videos and visual content.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and modern learning methodologies.
  • Ability to produce structured, well-written documentation with excellent editorial quality.
  • Experience with camtasia or other video and image editing. 
  • Experience with Adobe reader or other tools to generate content

Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong storytelling ability to transform technical information into engaging content.

Analytical & Organizational Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify training opportunities and learning gaps.
  • Ability to analyze training metrics and continuously improve programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

Collaboration & Work Style

  • Strong collaboration skills across distributed and global teams.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • Empathy for end users to design intuitive and practical learning experiences.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate training, knowledge management, or learning experience design.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
  • Experience in global operations environments such as logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of project management frameworks and backlog management tools.
