Job Title: Senior Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

Location: Remote
Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s growing PMO and help lead the implementation of SaaS products and services for external clients. This individual will support end-to-end execution of onboarding projects, client delivery, and product rollouts, working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS or enterprise software, a strong grasp of client-facing project execution, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding and product implementation projects for external clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Own project timelines, requirements, delivery status, and communication cadence.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to align project objectives and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate kickoffs, milestone reviews, and go-live planning with external and internal teams.
  • Maintain documentation, track action items, and ensure visibility across workstreams.
  • Escalate risks and proactively mitigate delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in a client-facing role supporting SaaS product implementations or enterprise rollouts.
  • 3+ years of experience forecasting and tracking project financials.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes for SaaS or enterprise software platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the lead interface between technical teams and clients.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in managing integrations or platform configurations.
  • Ability to create and manage project plans, milestone trackers, and status updates.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or similar.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience supporting account expansion, upselling, or long-term customer success initiatives.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Background in business analysis or product management.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or SAFe SSM/SASM.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher.
