Position Title: Mid Level Low Code / No Code Developer

Location: Remote - LATAM

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Low Code / No Code Developer with solid software development
experience and hands-on knowledge of modern no-code/low-code tools such as
WeWeb, Xano, Bubble, and related platforms. You will help design, develop, and
implement a new enterprise platform from the ground up. We are looking for someone
with a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive,
solution-oriented mindset. You will take initiative, support technical decision-making, and
drive projects toward successful delivery.
● Design, develop, and maintain solutions using WeWeb, Xano, Bubble, Adalo, or
Glide.
● Contribute to the architecture and evolution of a new company-wide platform.
● Build custom components or complementary integrations using TypeScript and
JavaScript.
● Participate in all development phases: architecture, implementation, testing,
deployment, and iteration.
● Create and manage integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google
Workspace, and other tools using REST APIs and webhooks.
● Implement process automation using native platform features and custom logic
when needed.
● Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
● Apply best practices for indexes, relationships, triggers, normalization, and
performance.
● Work with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business
workflows into scalable technical solutions.
● Communicate technical decisions clearly and propose improvements to
strengthen system performance and maintainability.
● Document system flows, logic, and integrations in a clear, structured manner.
● Stay up to date with the latest no-code/low-code trends, tools, and industry best
practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
● 3+ years of software development experience, ideally with exposure to low
code/no code tools.
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
● Hands-on experience with at least one major low code/no code platform
(WeWeb, Xano, Bubble, Adalo, or Glide).
● Solid understanding of relational databases, including modeling, indexing,
relationships, and optimization.
● Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and process automation.
● Ability to analyze business workflows and convert them into functional,
well-designed solutions.

Nice to Have
● Experience leading or coordinating low code / no code initiatives.
● Familiarity with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
● Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and visual flow design.
● Experience working in agile teams or startup environments.
