Stacking/Distribution SupervisorNight Shift

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing product warehouse operations within our Cold Spring, MN facility. You’ll ensure production and distribution targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Based primarily in the product warehouse areas, you’ll coordinate team activities, monitor workflow and equipment, and enforce compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges to maintain a productive, safe, and well-functioning environment.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide training, coaching, and leadership to create a positive work environment that enables employees to reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
  • Organize manpower, materials, product flow, and equipment to ensure efficient stacking and warehouse operations.
  • Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
  • Encourage open communication and employee involvement to support team engagement and company values.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancements.
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and quality standards are consistently followed and promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor departmental goals, productivity, and performance metrics to support operational success.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Plant Operations Team 

What You’ll Need

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1 or more years of supervisory experience preferred; experience in food processing, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
  • Skills: Effective communication (oral and written), strong leadership and coaching abilities, problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and basic computer knowledge.
