General Description: Accounts payable role at the Greeley Beef Plant to track purchasing, and process AP invoices for the Greeley Beef Plant and the Greeley Value Added Plant locations.
Job Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Enter invoices using SAP and Excel for various business units. Vendor Relations: Handle inquiries from vendors, ensuring smooth communication. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized invoice files. Precision: Ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy. Timeliness: Meet deadlines consistently. Additional Tasks: Take on other accounting duties as needed.

Systems Used: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, SAP, and a 10-key calculator are used daily. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, & the ability to multi-task are required. | ||
