Hanon Systems Canada Inc. in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a highly-motivated and driven Millwright to join our maintenance team. Hanon Systems Canada Inc. in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a highly-motivated and driven Millwright to join our maintenance team.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair existing machinery and equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance programs and maintain records3
• Install machinery and equipment
• Operate machining tools (i.e. lathes and grinders) to fabricate and weld parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, manuals, etc.
• Utilize the computerized maintenance management system for processing work orders, PMs and updating the equipment databases
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Certified Licensed Millwright 433A with a minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment

Requirements:
• Must be mechanically and mathematically inclined
• Safety-orientated and able to follow proper safety procedures
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated individuals who possess proven troubleshooting ability
• Strong commitment to continuous improvement and a proven ability to excel in a customer-oriented environment is essential
• Applicants must be willing to work 3-shift or continental shift rotation and support overtime requirements
• Physically fit and able to do heavy lifting, stairs and ladder climbing
• Position requires bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, crawling, working from heights and confined spaces for extended periods of time
• Able to complete maintenance tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel.
