Primary Responsibilities
- Start up and stop equipment
- Operation of 500-1500 T Injection Molding Equipment
- Help to set up work flow for optimal performance
- Able to use in process and end of line testing equipment and gauging tools
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
- Ensure conformance to specifications
- Mark parts for identification
- Assist in changeovers as needed
- Record data
- Able to read and understand written instructions
- Willing to take direction from Supervisors
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance as required
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
- Able to meet production and quality goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Follow and maintain an environmental health and safe work environment conditions by complying with all Hanon Systems Integrated Management System procedures, standards, and regulations.
Degree Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Years of Experience
- 1 year preferred in manufacturing

- Overtime as needed
- Frequent Demands – standing, waking, handling, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Occasional Demands – reaching, squatting, kneeling, bending, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
