Job Title: Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. What You'll Do:   

• Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices 
• Manage patient panel 

Qualifications:    

• Successful completion of family/internal medicine residency program 
• Board eligible/Board certified
• Unrestricted and active California Physician License
• Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date

• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes  
• Interest in working with Medicare patients  
• Knowledge of Value-Based Healthcare model  
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Korean

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:    

• This position is located in Southern California in the cities of the San Gabriel Valley, including Alhambra, Pasadena, Arcadia, City of Industry, Monterey Park, West Covina, Riverside, East LA, Huntington Park, Maywood, El Monte, Montebello, Artesia, Cerritos, and more!   
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $230,000 - $330,000 annually. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Total compensation will be evaluated based on experiences and skillsets.
• This is a full-time position. Considerations can be made for part-time work.
