We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chinese-speaking Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. The PA/NP will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. Our Urgent Cares are located in Monterey Park, City of Industry, Arcadia, and El Monte.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute adult/pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices
- Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data
- Refer to PCP and specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals
- Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
- Current BLS, ACLS certification
- Current California DEA certificate prior to start date
- Proficiency with EMRs
- Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin

- This position is located in Southern California in the cities of Monterey Park, City of Industry, Arcadia, and El Monte. Cross-coverage between all three urgent cares is required.
- Our urgent care centers are open 9 A - 9 P, 365 days per year. Weekend coverage is obligated at a rate of 50% per pay period.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $65- $75 per hour. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Total compensation will be evaluated based on skillsets and experience.
- This is a full-time position. A minimum of 72 hours is required every 2 weeks. Scheduling options can include a combination of 8, 9, 10, and 12 hour shifts.
