About the Role:
We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the documentation of patients and checking the insurance eligibility. This position will report to a Site Administrator and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.

- Assemble patients’ information including their non-medical related forms and health-related documents
- Ensure forms are organized and accurate in a preferred manner
- Ensure all medical records are protected and kept confidential
- Verify patients’ insurance eligibility as needed
- Issue medical files to persons and agencies according to laws and regulations
- Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously
- Records and tracking all records requests, releases and authorized with electronic Medical Record.
- Verify legitimacy, accuracy and authority of all such requests and then process and invoice as appropriate
- Works closely with administration and staff to support the request from patients and outside entities with
- Obtain records to support the patients’ care
- Report breaches, instances of non-compliance, patient complaints, problems or similar instances to supervisor in an effort to protect patient HPI
- Performs other job-related duties, as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Capable to multi-task in a busy work environment
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills (Required)
- High school diploma or GED

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Our organization follows an in-person work schedule where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis.
- The total compensation target pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
