Job Title: DME Supplies Delivery Coordinator
Department: Operations – DME 
 
About the Role: 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated DME Supplies Delivery Coordinator. This role will report to the DME Operations Director and will follow established procedures to assist customers in an empathetic and caring manner to deliver and set up appropriate DME supplies in a timely manner to Patients’ homes, hospitals, or Skilled Nursing Facilities. The DME Supplies Delivery Coordinator will follow directions from DME Operations Director to perform duties, projects, and actions as assigned. 
 
What You'll Do: 
  • Operate a Full-size high roof extended Cargo bed Cargo Van stocked with DME supplies.  
  • Deliver, Set Up, or retrieve Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to patients’ homes, Hospitals, or Skilled Nursing Facilities.  
  • Delivery of DME supplies including set up Hospital Beds, Patient lift, Trapeze…Etc. 
  • Confirm Authorized orders via telephone. (DME supplies type, Quantity, delivery address and available time to set delivery schedule) 
  • Assemble DME supplies.  
  • Scan & upload delivered Sale Order tickets to patient records. 
  • Keep delivery van in clean and organized condition. 
  • Keep inventory room and warehouse stock in clean and organized condition. 
  • Transport DME Supplies inventory between warehouse and office storage. 
  • Scan various DME documents to file in DME database. 
  • Weekly restock assigned stock locations such as hospital, Clinic, and Urgent Care Clinic closets, take inventory and collect dispensed sales order tickets.  
  • Clean returned rental DME supplies. 
  • Work closely with DME Department Team mates on keeping accurate inventory, schedule appointments, supplies assembly…Etc. 
  • Perform other DME Department tasks as assigned by DME Operations Director. 
Qualifications: 
  • Experience is delivering DME supplies and able to set up Hospital beds, patient lifts, Trapeze, Wheelchairs, Transfer Bench…Etc. 
  • Experience in operating a Full-Size High Roof Extended Cargo Van or Box truck. 
  • Must have a clean driving record.  
  • Able to lift over 50 lbs.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and able to learn DME software application. 
  • Detail oriented, good organizational, and communications skills. 
  • Ability to comply and follow company policies and procedures.

  • Keep an organized and neat work area.  
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • High School Diploma or higher

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions: 
  • This position is 80% outside doing deliveries and 20% inside office. The office is located at: 568 W. Garvey Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.  
  • DME Supplies Delivery Coordinator’s work is performed outside doing deliveries and in an office environment to do telephone calls and other paperwork related tasked. Employee must be able to tolerate driving, lifting heavy DME supplies, setting up DME supplies for patients for lengthy periods and or standing for extended periods of time in the office to perform different duties. Must be able to deal with busy, high pace work shifts. Pace of work may be rapid and intense especially when faced with deadlines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
