Job Title: Patient Engagement Coordinator

About the Role: 
 
We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Patient Engagement Coordinator who will be working closely with the Marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with patient-centric mentality and focuses on improving the communication of our patients and providers.
 
What You'll Do: 
  • Responsible for patient outreach communication via telephone, mail, or other channels for marketing outreach purposes 
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate with patient care and assist in patient retention and growth to our IPAs 
  • Act as a liaison between the IPAs and patients to aid with questions and concerns 
  • Support the marketing team to implement patient surveys for clinics and providers offices aiming to improve patient access 
  • Identify opportunities to engage in community outreach activities designed to build a favorable image for our organization and our patients 
  • Assist the team with all other tasks and duties as assigned by the department manager 
  
Qualifications: 
  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher learning required 
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a managed care setting or related experiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bi-lingual in Cantonese or Mandarin

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • This position is in office. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Ave., Alhambra, CA 91801.  
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
