Title: Strategy & Operations Associate

About the Role:   

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Associate. This role will report to our VP of Strategy and Partnerships and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.    

What you’ll do:   

  • Support strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and new ventures 
  • Partner with teams from across our organization (Operations, Analytics, Corporate Development, Business Development) to execute projects, build workflows, and create processes that will allow our business to grow and scale 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on time-sensitive and strategic operational improvement projects 
  • Lead efforts in standing up new initiatives, project management, data processing and analysis, and presentation building simultaneously across multiple projects  
  • Design and implement project management and organization best practices  
  • Provide input and contribute to strategic thought on partnerships with external stakeholders and vendors

Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in project management, financial analysis, operations, or related fields 
  • Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills 
  • Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems 
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Scrappy, eager, positive team player with no ego  
  • Strong comfort with working in a fast-paced environment 
  • An authentic passion for improving the lives of underserved patients and advancing value-based care

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:     

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801. 
  • The target base compensation range for this role is: $80,000 - $100,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
