Job Title: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. The PA/NP will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. This position will be for our brand new clinic located in Whittier! The clinic is a former Med Spa and has a welcoming and vibrant feel to it. We are looking for someone who is eager to provide culturally sensitive care to the community.   
 
What You'll Do:    

• Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic adult/pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practice
• Collaborate with the patient and patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
• Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data  
• Refer to specialists when appropriate
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals  

You’re Great for This Role If You Have:    

• At least one year of experience working as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner
• Internal medicine or primary care experience 
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive patient health outcomes  
• Interest in working with Medicare patients

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:  

• This position is located in Southern California in the cities of the San Gabriel Valley, including Alhambra, Monterey Park, and Whittier.
• The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $60- $72 per hour. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Total compensation will be evaluated based on skillsets and experience.
