About The Role:
Ziff Davis Shopping is seeking a passionate, results-oriented individual to join a seasoned digital marketing team to help build and manage performance-driven paid social campaigns across multiple Ziff Davis brands. The Paid Social Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing e-commerce affiliate campaigns and while hitting revenue and ROAS targets. The ideal candidate has direct experience launching and managing profitable e-commerce campaigns across platforms, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and execute paid social campaign budgets and advise on recommended campaign optimizations
  • Integrate social media campaigns into multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and advertiser goals are being fulfilled
  • Plan and manage allocated campaigns and implement new initiatives that exceed KPIs
  • Assist in development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.)
  • Reporting on campaigns from various reporting sources (In-platform, bid management platforms, and web analytic platforms)
  • Analyze campaign performance data, plan and execute appropriate action plans based on conclusions
 
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in paid media with extensive experience executing social media strategies 
  • In-depth knowledge of organic and paid social trends and prior experience in content creation across Social Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and emerging)
  • Strong grammar, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with paid social campaign management technology from implementation to daily management and optimization features
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large and complex paid social campaigns
  • Data and analysis-based decision making
  • Independent, yet collaborative mindset
  • Proficient in visual editing tools and platforms, including Canva
  • Eagerness to test and innovate
  • Paid search marketing experience is a plus
  • e-commerce experience is a plus
