The Opportunity
EHG P&P is looking for an SVP/Sales who will be responsible for leading a team of sellers and growing direct advertising revenue across platforms including digital, digital video, custom content, data, and programmatic with an eye towards profitability and deal margin.
You will be an integral member of the Revenue Leadership team, reporting directly to the CRO, and partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales Marketing, Research, and Pumpkin Studio to guide your team in selling through our value-based solutions.
You will develop and own key relationships for your team’s top category clients and agencies, and set the pace for your team in mapping and expanding relationships at key accounts, and prospecting for new lines of business and incremental non-media budgets.
You will be responsible for accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management with weekly participation in the path to goal process to guide financial planning.
You are an optimist with a positive can-do attitude and a sales hunter leader who enjoys opening new revenue streams that propel the business forward in new and exciting ways.

What You’ll Do:
● Develop a strategic plan for achieving team sales quota and implement tactics/initiatives to exceed business targets.
● Build deep relationships with customers and prospects appropriate to your territory to fully understand their business, needs, marketing objectives, and KPIs.
● Be a hands on manager who actively participates in client calls and meetings.
● Be able to think strategically and tactically, balancing long-term opportunities while ensuring to hit revenue targets.
● Forecast and manage the pipeline accurately.
● Partner with Client Success to ensure proper launch, retention, and growth of your team’s key accounts.
● Work collaboratively with internal partners including Revenue Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Research, and Product.
● Operate with a high degree of consistency and accountability.
● Identify needs and requirements of prospects and customers, provide market feedback to shape product, packaging and pricing strategies
● Manage team’s quarterly Objective / OKR goal setting process.
Desired Professional Skills and Experience:
● Minimum 5 years sales leadership experience with success in leading teams of 8+ sales professionals to quota achievement
● Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and inspire a growth mindset with a solid track record of coaching sales reps to higher performance.
● Proven expertise in consultative, proactive selling to large and mid-size strategic accounts.
● A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
● Strong growth of professional network to cultivate relationships.
● Solutions oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
● Digital media publishing and / or platform company experience required.
● Relevant category experience preferred.
