Temporary Facilities Coordinator
Description
The Facilities Coordinator will support the Ziff Davis team in our New York City location. The successful candidate will be involved in the day‐to‐day operations of the office. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders as well as outside vendors on facilities and office services related matters. Additionally, you will be a key participant in helping to drive projects that will continue to make our workplace a welcoming and efficient place to work and visit. This is a temporary 3 month assignment, but may have the potential to convert to a permanent position.

What You’ll Do
- Scan mail and store it in Google folders
- Prepare mail for delivery and inform team members when packages arrive.
- Accept and sign for deliveries to building: couriers, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and food deliveries
- Review and assist staff and clients with regards to IT troubleshooting, requests for supplies and equipment and all other concerns regarding to the office environment
- Keep the office environment organized and presentable at all times
- Office safety and security: proactively troubleshoot and assist with all office facilities issues, and work with building management to make sure the office is running smoothly (visitor access, employee security, deliveries, facilities vendors, etc.)
- Order office supplies and consumables to ensure consistent inventory
- Assist in miscellaneous administrative and research duties as needed
- Assist with employee key card system

Disclosure as required by state laws, the salary for this role has a range from $25 - $30 per hour. There is a potential for this role to become a permanent position at the end of the assignment. Should this occur benefits and a 401k would be available at that time.
