About the Position
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office setting independently and within a fun and supportive team handling the day to day tasks of a responsible Titling Specialist. Success in this role comes to those with computer and multi-phoneline experience, excellent attendance, attention to detail and organizational skills, and has the ability to prioritize but be flexible with the demands of the day.  
 
This is a fully onsite position at our Federal Way, WA office.
 
 The essential responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Communicating titling instructions, sales tax information and document requirements to personnel, customers, broker and vendor for approved transactions.
  • Auditing titled transactions and approving additional documentation required to fund the transaction.
  • Following up with DMV's, customers, and other titling agencies to ensure that titles and necessary documents are received in a timely manner.
  • Review all vehicle titles and proof of transfers upon receipt to ensure asset is properly secured and proper lien is in place.
  • Prepare title applications and Power of Attorney's for assumptions, asset swaps and name changes.
  • Apply for duplicate or lost titles if necessary.
  • Process title required for Asset Management, Third Party Sales and Repossessions.
  • Provide the highest level of Customer Service to all lessees, vendors, brokers and staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
  • Demonstrates compliance in assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities. Takes personal initiative following all policies and procedures, Bank Secrecy Act, compliance regulations, and completes all required and job-specific training. Raises and/or addresses compliance issues for evaluation, investigation and resolution.

 REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Title work experience
  • Must present oneself in a professional manner
  • Must be proactive and adhere to all company policies including Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all company information
  • Must provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, partners and all levels of staff 
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong data entry skills

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $20.19 per hour - $21.15 per hour.  Exact compensation for the successful applicant depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and education. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
