About the Role:

 

In this role, you will perform processing, printing, and mailing of bank's data files for statements, notices, and other output media at or better than the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will provide logistical support for internal stores. In addition, you may handle and resolve complex issues.

 

  • Operate high-speed production printers, high-speed production mail inserter.
  • Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on operational equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments and bank branches on print, mail, and shipping needs.
  • Sort and deliver mail throughout local bank buildings.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers and vendors. May serve as vendor liaison.
  • Perform documented processes and procedures. Assist to improve process workflows while ensuring process remains in control.
  • May mentor, coach and train new associates when needed. Ability to serve as lead when manager isn’t present.
  • Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.
  • Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

 

About You:

 

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of related experience, required.
  • 2-4 years of print, mail, and shipping experience, preferred.
  • Possess excellent organization, prioritization, problem solving and analytical skills. Proven attention to detail and accuracy in work performed.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook and use of basic office equipment. Proficiency with USPS mail sorting software and production machine software preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under direction or independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated capability and competence in learning effectively learn and applying new skills.
  • Possess basic to intermediate mechanical aptitude to maintain and troubleshoot various equipment.
  • Work may involve repetitive motion, lifting up to 40 pounds, and require flexible hours to meet deadline.
  • May be exposed to a high-noise volume for the majority of the day. Ear protection provided.

  

Workstyle: Fully onsite.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $22.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
