WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self starter to support the Resource Department in successfully staffing projects. The Resource Coordinator will have the curiosity to learn new programs and processes and the ability to execute precisely and within tight deadlines. This position is the glue that holds the Resource Department together by keeping all systems and teams up to date.


YOU SHOULD HAVE

This is an entry level position with experience working with Salesforce, Monday.com and DocuSign


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor/Contractor Management

  • Process supplier and contractor assignment requests via Salesforce 
  • Set up new Vendors by collecting W9 and confirming business status
  • Work with Accounts Payable to collect banking information for new accounts
  • Verify status of Supplier Agreements and update as needed
  • Process quotes/contracts through Legal via Salesforce/DocuSign
  • Manage review and redline process from Legal and Vendor
  • Finalize completed documents through DocuSign
  • File all documents appropriately with proper naming configurations

Resource

  • Maintain and update resource database in Monday.com
  • Schedule resourcing and staffing meetings
  • Take notes and manage agendas for meetings

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:

Individuals will be required to sit for much of the day and will be required to stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday.
