WHO WE ARE

We’re MAS. We are an experiential agency with an insatiable need to learn more, do more, be more, and now—we’re opening our doors to a chosen few.

MAS is a bespoke experience agency of audacious creatives and technologists, working from ideation to execution to evoke emotion through bold moments—big or small, physical or digital. We partner with our clients to build fully integrated, highly effective teams that create remarkable experiences and activations around the world. Blurring the lines between departments, we strategically collaborate from ideation to execution as one team—we’re all creatives here.

Minority-led and founded, MAS has been awarded “Best Places to Work” honors by AdAge for two consecutive years. The agency’s work has been recognized by Clio Awards, AdWeek, BizBash, Event Marketer, Webby Awards, and Eventex. For more information, visit our web site at MoreMAS.com and follow @ExperienceMAS on Instagram.

WHAT IS THIS

The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce; get a taste of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. It's a deep dive into our world where fresh minds can discover and grow in the very real, very exciting craziness of an experiential agency.

This is a unique chance to delve deep into the Experiential Marketing industry, collaborating closely with leading experts in the field. During the program, you will forge invaluable professional connections, actively contribute to the agency’s perspective, and depart with concrete portfolio work.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re not looking for coffee runners, we’re looking for cultural collaborators! It’s a chance for recent grads, grad students, or anyone interested in event marketing to go above and beyond the ask. We want relentless learners, envelope-pushers, and people who are immune to ordinary thinking. You’re not just here to sit in and watch how the magic happens; you’re here to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future for the world’s most influential brands.

An exceptionally organized person who is seeking hands on production experience and knows how to work with others. The devil is always in the details whether in fabrication, content, or budget approach and we have extensive development tools to expand your practical knowledge.
