The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce; get a taste of who we are, what we do, and how we do it. It's a deep dive into our world where fresh minds can discover and grow in the very real, very exciting craziness of an experiential agency. 


This is a unique chance to delve deep into the Experiential Marketing industry, collaborating closely with leading experts in the field. During the program, you will forge invaluable professional connections, actively contribute to the agency’s perspective, and depart with concrete portfolio work.



We’re not looking for coffee runners, we’re looking for cultural collaborators!. It’s a chance for recent grads, grad students, or anyone interested in event marketing to go above and beyond what is asked for. We want relentless learners, envelope-pushers, and people who are immune to ordinary thinking. You’re not just here to sit in and watch how the magic happens; you’re here to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future for the world’s most influential brands.


We hope to find someone with an exceptional vision and voice, with sick graphic design skills, and a deep love and knowledge for all things social media. This person will mainly support the internal marketing needs, but, will also work on external projects with social media asks.

  • Supporting the Marketing Associate in the overall management of our social media channels, including tracking deliverables, sourcing and developing new content
  • Contributing to social campaign brainstorms
  • Designing graphics for social content that evokes the MAS brand and resonates with our target audience
  • Utilizing design programs to create custom content for MAS media platforms and projects.
  • Contributing to the content calendar with social media postings on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Measuring key performance indicators
  • Researching analytics and informative statistics to drive marketing decisions
  • Participating in think tanks, and present at internal meetings
  • Participating in a special project with fellow residents
  • Supporting and assisting in the creation of assets and resources for the Marketing team



  • Experience with G-Suite
  • An appetite to learn
  • Degree in graphic design or related field
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Pulse on current social trends 
  • Creative mindset and natural storytelling skills
  • Enthusiasm for experiential marketing and communication disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of relevant social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging channels
  • Ability to produce original ideas
