We’re MAS. We are an experiential agency with an insatiable need to learn more, do more, be more, and now—we’re opening our doors to a chosen few.


The MAS Residency program is a 20-week tasting of our MAS special sauce. 

It's a deep dive into our world where fresh minds can discover and grow in the very real, very exciting craziness of an experience agency. 

With all of the resources to support next-level dreaming, come learn from the best and do real hands-on work. We’re talking big ideas for big brands. Along with a residency long project, you’ll jam with our team on client RFP's and create for MAS’ marketing team. With a voice in our internal think tank, you’ll join in on the new and fun ways we connect with various audiences through tech, IRL & virtual experiences, or whatever the world throws at us next.


We’re not looking for coffee runners, we’re looking for cultural collaborators! It’s a chance for recent grads, grad students, or anyone interested in event marketing to go above and beyond what is asked for. We want relentless learners, envelope-pushers, and people who are immune to ordinary thinking. You’re not just here to sit in and watch how the magic happens; you’re here to roll up your sleeves and help shape the future for the world’s most influential brands.

An exceptional voice, with budding writing/strategy skills that we can grow and foster. This person will be a part of the Marketing team working on both real and virtual projects for clients, as well as focus a large part of their time on internal marketing needs.

  • Supports in the creation of strategies to launch and market new brands and products
  • Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Forecasts market trends
  • Provides analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
  • Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
  • Analyzing sales and key performance indicators
  • Ensuring marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
  • Participate in think tanks, and present at internal meetings
  • Participate in a special project with fellow residents.
  • Support and assist in the creation of assets and resources for marketing team.


  • Experience with GSuite
  • An appetite to learn 
  • Enthusiasm for Events
  • Interest in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great leadership skills
  • Creative thinker and data-driven
  • Thirst for project management and strong attention to detail
  • Knack for knowing what people want to see, read, and hear
