MAS is an event and experiential marketing agency working with some of the world’s most influential brands to design, create, and manage their most important events (both IRL and virtual) and experiential programs. We partner with our clients to build fully integrated, highly effective teams that create remarkable experiences and activations around the world.


Work as graphic designer on innovative projects for top-tier brands. Expect projects to have elements that include web-based, video-based and print-based deliverables.


  • Be capable of producing attractive and effective designs with strong composition in a wide range of styles.
  • Have an awareness of current trends and feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process.
  • Be adept with Adobe CC, Sketch and similar industry-standard applications.
  • Have strong typographic skills.
  • Understand and be able to follow style and branding guides.
  • Be experienced with both screen-based and print-based design. Have a knowledge of color spaces and be able to maintain consistent color across screen and print deliverables.
  • Have an understanding of UI/UX principles and the particulars of designing for mobile and desktop – be able to utilize that knowledge during the conceptual design phase.
  • Have an understanding of CSS.
  • Be able to work alongside UI/UX designers to create mockups and prototypes from wireframes.
  • Be able to provide production-ready design assets to web developers in appropriate formats.
  • Be able to provide production-ready design assets to animators in appropriate formats.
  • Be able to provide print-ready design assets to print vendors in appropriate formats.
  • Be able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to frequently changing parameters.
  • Have strong written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Have a portfolio displaying work examples.
  • Be able to provide production-ready design assets to web developers in appropriate formats.


  • Strong portfolio full of technical, unique, innovative, and  diverse work.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a wide range of clients.
  • Understanding of brand identity and how to weave it into creative work appropriately.
  • Time management as well as willingness to put in the time to meet client and internal deadlines.
  • Ability to work within G Suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team.
  • Display a positive attitude in all interactions with internal and external teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist colleagues with projects and tasks outside of job requirements.
